Can't get e-zpassny.com to fill correctly

Anyone have any suggestions for getting www.e-zpassny.com to fill correctly? 1P seems to fill the information in but when it submits, it just goes right back to the main page. It has a verification code on the page so I've tried entering the code and then filling and making sure 1P doesn't have the code stored and it still doesn't work. I'm running the latest version of 1P.

    Have you tried creating a new Login item that includes all the information you need to submit on the form, as described in [i][url="http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_Windows/saving-a-Login-item.html"]Saving a Login item[/url][/i] in the [i]Tutorials[/i] section of the user's guide?
