Starting over
Hi. I've just had the joy of my hard drive needing to be reformatted because of a corrupt operating system, and I'm currently waiting for my backup service to deliver the hard drive with all my files on it that I will need to restore.
As it pertains to 1Password, I downloaded a trial version to use while I wait and used the keychain from my dropbox folder (yay for using 1P on my Droid!) but I now get the message that I have to pay to keep using it. Of course, I paid for 1Password months ago. And of course, I do not have access to whatever email verification I received for doing so which included the license info I would need (yes, it's been deleted from the server).
So, what do I have to do to get the info I need? (This seems to me like it should be an email to customer service, but I guess they're not taking emails now.)

Hi thezim,
Welcome to the forums! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> All the same folks that answer customer service emails also answer questions here on the forums.
You can look up your license information here: https://agilebits.com/c
Hope that helps. Sorry to hear about your need to reformat.Flag 0 -
One of my favorite things about this site is that someone with answers is here to solve problems. Thanks. I wish iBank had the same thing.Flag 0

I suggest MoneyWell as an alternative to iBank. Really great forums, though I think AgileBits is a tad more responsive <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
(that, and I can't believe Agile Bits is Canadian, and in St. Thomas no less! great to be part of a fantastic Canadian product so close to home)Flag 0 -
Our team is spread out all across the globe — I myself am in Los Angeles — but we are all Canadian at heart. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
The co-founders, Dave and Roustem, are actually in Canada, so they win most of the time. I win in the winter, though. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />Flag 0
