No prompt to save New Login, Manual Save Not Working

1Password 3.7.5

I am trying to login to (http://www.baseloc.com/hq/) and 1Password does not offer to save my login information after I login; nor can I manually save the information by clicking the + button after the info is entered but before submitting.

The + button highlights but nothing happens.

Ask to save new logins is selected in 1Password. Safari Extensions is installed (3.7) and Safari Auto fill (Names and passwords) is deselected.

I have the same issue with my desktop as my laptop

    I was able to replicate the behavior on the URL you provided.



    I'm running Lion, but otherwise we appear to be running the same setup.



    Running OSX 10.7

    Safari 5.1

    1Password 3.7.5

    1P Safari extension 3.7



    Furthermore, all three of Safari's AutoFill options are disabled.



    I was able to manually save a login within the 1Password application, but the username is filled in both the Account and Username fields. I played around with different field name edits, but have been unable to find a solution yet.



    Regardless, I've added this site to our tracking database for further investigation.
