There is a login and the correct data is there. I can copy and paste both and login.

I would try resaving it, but I cannot find the correct item in the 1P dropdown to do that.

I tries saving the trouble log but File->Save As is grayed out, so I tried copy and paste.

  • I was able to get this to work by writing down the login and password, deleting the entry in 1Password and logging on manually. At that point 1Password asked me if I wanted to sve the login, which I did. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Thanks for the update, rbpeirce! I'm glad things are working well now. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

In the future, rather than writing anything down you can simply copy and paste the information from the old login right from the extension, and then re-save it using the + button in the upper right corner of the extension popover.

If we can be further assistance, please let us know.

    Cheers,
