Upgrade Problems V2 - V3 (Free Offer)

Hi



I have version 2.12.1. (On Mac/Leopard). I just upgraded my Firefox browser to V5 and now the 1Password add-on is not working.



My reading is I need to upgrade to V3.



I purchased 1Password in December 2009. According to this page I can receive a free upgrade if I purchased after March 2009:

I followed the instructions to look for the Upgrade button via the Licences window in 1Password, but that option does not display.



I went direct to the Store, clicked Upgrade and entered my licence key. It showed me a number of paid upgrades.



How do I obtain the free upgrade to V3?

David, if you purchased in December 2009 then your license key should already be valid for 1Password 3, no upgrade through the store required. To confirm this, your license key should begin 1PW3 rather than 1PW2.



Providing that's the case you just need to download the latest version of 1Password 3 from [url="http://agilebits.com/downloads"]http://agilebits.com/downloads[/url] and then follow our installation guide, which contains some important information about upgrading from 1Password 2:

Please make sure you read the section about upgrading to the Agile Keychain data format, if you haven't already done this you must do this before upgrading to 1Password 3.
