1Password has crashed my Mac 3 times

So far, the new 1Password has crashed my Mac 3 times.



When I try to use the toolbar icon, it just says "initializing" which it never does, and I have to do a hard shutdown.



Then, on restart, it says 1Password Safari extension is not installed, (which it is) and I start all over again...

    I'm really sorry for the trouble here, can you tell me which version of 1Password you currently have installed by going to 1Password > About 1Password?
