Frozen keypad

Help needed with my 1Password for iPad. My router crashed while using 1 Password. After reboooting the router the keypad for entering my entry password to 1Password is frozen. Anybody know how to get it running again?

    Welcome to the forums, Trapezemark. I'm sorry that you are having this problem.



    Please try restarting your device by holding down both the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
