Updating Passwords
I'm new to 1password, which may explain the question.
I'm trying to update all of my passwords, and following the tutorial here.
http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_Windows/updating-an-existing-password.html
However, it tells me, in step 7, to disable the "Auto Submit Logins" option. That doesn't appear when I click the 1P button in Google Chrome. Can someone help?

Welcome to the forum, PB16!
That procedure was accurate when I wrote it, but things have changed a bit in the Chrome extension. (sigh) A tech writer's work is never done... <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
You can also toggle that setting on the Logins tab of 1Password preferences.
Another alternative is to copy and paste the username and password, one at a time, from 1Password into the login form.
Sorry for the confusion. I'll get the steps straightened out as soon as possible. Thanks for mentioning it!Flag 0 -
Thanks for getting back to me. I figured it was something like that. By the way, I tried toggling that in the program itself, but it didn't seem to have an effect - maybe I'd have to close and re-open the browser? Anyway, I'll just cut and paste - nice and easy that way. Thanks again!Flag 0
