Chase bank website

I'm using 1password for Windows in Chrome.

On the Chase Bank website, www.chase.com, when I type in my login information manually, it works fine. IF I get the password wrong, it directs to a page where I can attempt again. But when I use 1password, I just get a white screen. Any idea what's up? Are there certain sites that try to avoid this sort of thing?

  • Update - Apparently, if the login is not submitted automatically, it works fine. Not a big deal, but sort of a pain to have to keep that feature off for just this one site (the only one I've found with the issue). Any known solution other than leaving the setting off?
  • There are some sites that are coded in such a way that they simply don't accept anything but a manual press of the Enter key.

You can leave the global auto-submit option enabled in preferences, but edit the Login for the Chase site and set its Submit field to "Never."
  • No kidding? Cool, I'm on it. Thanks!
