    No reports from anyone else that I've seen. I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. It sounds though like you may have something more serious wrong with your computer. Kernel panics (black screens of death) are extremely rare on Mac OS X and should be treated as a serious sign of trouble. I would highly recommend having a trained professional inspect the computer (such as the Apple Genius Bar) to make sure there is no damage, such as a failing hard drive.
