How to upgrade from 2 to 3 if I do not have 2 installed?

Hi,



I am a long time 1Password user and have version 2 running on my (now old) Leopard Mac.

I just purchased a new mac with Lion. I installed the trial version of 1Password 3, thinking I can enter my old version 2 license number into it and click upgrade. But Version 3 won't accept my version 2 license key. So I am stuck -- there is no path to do upgrade.



I even tried the customer center. I see my version 2 license on there but there is no "upgrade" button on that either.



How can I go about doing the 2 to 3 license upgrade?

    I sent you a private message here on the forums with instructions you can use to upgrade your 1P2 license to a 1P3 license.



    Please make sure you upgrade to the Agile Keychain before downloading 1P3: http://help.agile.ws/1Password/switch_to_agile_keychain.html
