Did not receive license file..says "Trial has expired"

Hello,

I was going to email support but looks like I have to ask this way? (sorry if not true).



I purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store. (order stuff below). the app is now asking me for my license. I don't recall getting a license...



???? (the ideal resolution is a license I can enter to continue using this great application).

You can always email support@agilebits.com



But before doing so please visit https://agilebits.com/c and use the email associated with the purchase, leave the password field blank and then click request password.



Wait on the password then return to the site and use the same email, + password once you do this the license you have purchased should be displayed.



You may want to save this password in 1P for later use in the customer center for additional purchases etc.



If this doesn't work then please email support, and additionally if you are able to access the info, would you mind updating his thread so we know you were successful in retrieving the license

In this case I think there's some confusion, your purchase through the iTunes App Store is for one of our 1Password for iOS applications. As far as I know 1Password is not in the Mac App Store (yet maybe in the future). I would really like to verify the app you purchased etc.

Tommy is right, 1Password for Mac is not, yet, in the Mac App Store. Only our iOS applications are available via Apple's App Stores, in this case the iOS / iTunes App Store.
