Getting 1Password to work with login with 3 fields

The login has three fields: username, institution, and password. 1password correctly fills in username and password, but puts username again in the institution box.

Upon opening 1password, it shows all three fields as saved under the URL.

Any clue how to fix this?

Mac with Snow Leopard, 10.6.8.

    Hi Hedjuk, welcome to the forums!

    Are you using the Safari 5.1 browser? If yes, please try to save the login again, it should save all fields automatically for you. I did this in Safari 5.1 and it works for me:

    Visit the login page:

    [list=1]

    [*]Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    [*]Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    [*]Change the title and make any notes (if desired and ignore the part about it holding two field values, the third one is already saved.

    [*]Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
