Login not showing in main 1Pw window

An onine store, that when I try to login using 1Pw is giving me problems (it doesn't log me in and then switches its language to French). I wanted to simply use the main 1Pw window to grab the pw, but I cannot search for it or otherwise find it. However, it does recognize the web login using a context click, and show the mini window with my previously defined name for the 1Pw entry. I tried stopping and restating 1Pw, but it still won't show ...

Thanks for responding. I have a U.S. Best Buy account, and I noticed that they changed the URLs for their site recently.



Since I already had saved logins for the site, 1P did not offer to save another login when I found the newest login page, so I manually found the address, and just edited my saved login to change the URL.



I performed the same search for the Canadian Best Buy site, and I found the following URL: https://www-ssl.bestbuy.ca/profile/signin.aspx?path=30aede73f10c98bb2915cd4f73221dd5en99&ReturnURL=%2fDefaultPage.aspx



Please make a "copy" of your current bestbuy.ca login, and then edit the entry to use that URL. I choose the "English" option before getting there, so I hope that you will not be redirected to the "French" site.



Please let me know if this works for you. That procedure did work perfectly on the U.S. site, but we do not have to choose a particular language. If this does not work for you, perhaps there is something I am missing for the Canadian site.

Your remedy is exactly how I'd approach troubleshooting or a remedy -- [b]however[/b], I don't have access to manually editing my entry for Bestbuy. That is, the bestbuy entry shows in the immediate mini-dialog that shows in the context of my Firefox browser, but it does [b]not[/b] show in the primary dialog that 1Pw's main window provides. For example, if I use the primary window to search for 'bestbuy' (or 'best') nothing shows, and I therefore have nothing to edit.



The problem seems to stem from possibly my misunderstanding of how 1Pw works in cases like this ... but how can an entry show in the context of my browser, but not in the primary 1Pw program?? Let me know if I can provide additional info ...
