import menu option still does not work after purchase

I dowloaded 1Password for trial today. Wanted to try the import function. That obviously does not work until you purchase. So I did and entered the licence-key. However: the import option on the menu still doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

We don't have any such thing as "paid-only" features. The importers should work regardless as to whether you have a license or not. What are you trying to import from? Does it give you an error message? What happens, exactly? Walk us through it, please. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I figured that to import data from a KeePass-file, I would have to start choosing the "import" option on the "file"pull down menu. However that option remains grey and cannot be selected. The vault has to be unlocked with your Master Password in order to perform an import.
