Feature Request: Barcode & Reward Cards Support

I d’ont know if there is a place for suggestion but it would be nice to store barcode on 1password to store loyalty program card, qrcode, ... Maybe it is already possible ?

I have a request for a new feature - Reward Cards.



Our wallets are all bulging with those pesky reward cards, be it the grocery store, pharmacy, etc. I propose a new “Reward Card” vault category that will initially just be a repository for those numbers. This then hopefully evolve into a category with barcode generation (as dev time permits). That way we can just enter the number, select the appropriate barcode type and match the generated barcode to the barcode on the card. This will info will then sync to mobile apps allowing for the iPhone to be scanned at your local store.



This will help slim down wallets immensely !

We have received requests for adding barcode support to 1Password's desktop app and our iOS app ([url="http://forum.agilebits.com/index.php?/topic/5153-feature-request-barcode-support/"]Barcode Support for 1P's iOS app[/url]). I would love to have that ability too. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />



We do not have current plans to implement barcode functionality, but never say never!

I believe this would be a great Application Add on and would find it a really say sell to Membership card companies an an option for their customers. You could advertise it across so moony mediums and increasing awareness to other great applications you make.
