WTF!!!
I bought this software for it's alleged ease of use and it it will not do a thing. Nothing in your guides instructions, FAQ, or forums addresses the issue. And you make it impossible actually contact anyone.
It will not show up in the menu bar, it will not launch, it will not allow me to set up any folders or even create one, there is no way to even see a preferences option. It is completely useless. I've reinstalled several time, restarted several times, deleted from my system several times, and reinstalled again. Nothing!
