Just one quick question before buying the app
Hi there,
Browsing your web site I could't tell if your program is designed to restrict access to apps, like, for instance, asking for a password if someone tries to access my email app from my iPad or iPhone when I'm not around (in my MacBook Pro I already have a very effective app for that, called "Espionage"); so, does it have this feature as well, to password-protect specific apps?
Looking forward to your reply, I thank you in advance.

Hey there, Lithos_! Welcome to the forums! <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
1Password does not do what you describe. There isn't a way for 3rd party apps to password-protect other apps in iOS. This is by design and a big part of why iOS is such a secure platform: each app is sandboxed.
Fortunately, Apple has this functionality built-in to the system. If you go to Settings > General > Passcode Lock and turn Simple Passcode OFF. This will allow you to set any password you wish to encrypt and secure all data on your device at the lowest level.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0
