Mac OS Lion & 1Password 3.8.2 fails to enter Username from Roboform imported Logins.

After initial login to 1Password 3.8.2, and double-clicking on a login (second column, Listing of items by title), Safari 5.1 (with the appropriate extension(s) installed) opens with the Password field populated, but not the User Name. Clicking the All Fields triangle shows the User Name is present, but not in the Username field above the 'Password' field. In some cases, I am able to type (or copy) the Username into the field, but some login scripts fail if a Username is not present.

Similarly with opening Safari, entering URL, clicking 1P to open 'Logins for this page'.

This did work with Mac OS Snow Leopard with 1Password and imported logins from Roboform 6.10.1.

This seems a serious problem to me and, as 1Password online help is essentially shut off ("Estimated email response time now exceeds 7 days" - no suprise here!), hopefully someone has solved this problem.

    Hi JAMARTN,

A lot has changed with Lion, including our form filling algorithms. Could you please try resaving the login?

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

    Thanks

    Ben
