Safari - Command-Option-Q - multiple times perday

Hi,



it seems at least daily (and sometimes more than one) when I go to use 1Password (3.8.2) from within Safari (5.1 - extension 3.7) I get an error message that I need to do a Command-option-Q to fix a problem with 1Password. Very annoying in that this closes all safari sessions and work in progress in a web2.0 world!



Any suggestions?

    I am not sure why would this happen. We tracked one of the problem to the bug in the Private browsing mode.



    Do switch between Private and Regular browser modes often by any chance?
