What about Mail accounts?

I've looked all over for an answer to this question. Does 1Password store email account login information? I'm using Mail and have a problem where it might be that I have to delete my plist and recreate my mail accounts. Since I have 8 this is not trivial.



How to go about this?

    Hi Annamarie,



    It is certainly possible to store the details about your Mail accounts in 1Password (under Accounts, or Secure Notes, or wherever they fit), but 1Password cannot "fill" these accounts for you. You could store them securely in 1Password, and then copy and paste the details into Mail.
