Firefox 6: CC number not filling on US Airways website running 1P 3.8.2 [Confirmed: working on a fi

I recently updated to v3.8.2. and am finding that when I try to enter credit card information on a website, 1Password fills in the expiration date and card code, but not the number itself. I am using this version of 1Password with Firefox 6.0. What might be causing this, and how do I fix it?

    Hi Trent,

Is this happening on all sites or just a couple sites? Can you test it on our store page? https://agilebits.com/store

If it's just a couple sites, could you please post the URLs?

    Thanks

    Ben
  • My credit card info fills in fine at the Agile store. Here is one site, though, that only fills in my security code, nothing else. I just tried it again to see if it would fill. It doesn't.

I have been having the exact same problem. e-mailed Agile with no response. This used to be a great piece of software. I hope it gets fixed with the next update. If I could I would go back to the old 1passport build and firefox 5.
  • I have exactly the same problem, about one year ago the credit card filling was working on most sites, but update after update it became worst.

Now with Lion and the last 1 password the credit card data does not fill on a single site. most of the time the card number is missing, sometime the exp date appears but not always, the code almost never. I hope it will be solved soon.
  • Hello Trent, mlssas78746 and lasoghia! Welcome to the Forums!

    I tested the US Airways site running Lion, Firefox 6.0.1, 1Password 3.8.3.BETA-3 and 1P's FF add-on 3.8.3.b1.

On the Credit Card entry page, I clicked on my Wallet and Identity saved entries using the add-on:

    Did Not Fill:

Card type

Card number

Postal code
Filled:

Card Expires

Security Code

Name

Country

Address

City

State
Thanks for pointing this site out to us. As a result of these confirmed issues, I have added US Airways to our database for additional testing.

You both mentioned that you were having the exact same problem. Was the exact problem with the US Airways or another site? If with a different site, please reply and let us know the URL(s) and the behavior you are experiencing (i.e., what Fills or Does Not Fill).

    Cheers!
