Logins shown in Browser Pop Up but not in Application
in Mac
There are a number of logins that are shown in the popup when I select 1Password from the browser (Safari) but are nowhere to be seen when I launch the application.
Its as if they are using different data sources.
I'm running on a Mac with Snow Leopard and downloaded the 1P software about a month ago.
Please can you help?
Many thanks,
Chris.

Hi Chris,
They are actually using a different data source that is synced by the background process 1PasswordAgent.
First can you please try restarting the agent and see if that helps? 1Password > Help > Troubleshooting > Restart Agent.
If that does not help, we have steps documented in our help guide: Extension Data Does Not Match the Main ApplicationFlag 0 -
There is no option under help/ troublehshooting to Restart Agent.
There options to clear cache, rebuild data file, diagnostics report and Reset Folder Permissions and Sync using IP Address. I have done the first two of these.
Am I looking in the wrong place?Flag 0
