As the topic states. This I can't seem to fix. I woke up this morning, opened Chrome and my 1P button was missing. I tried disabling/enabling the button from 1Password, nothing. I then get miffed and just uninstall 1Password and reinstalled it, thinking the extension had gotten corrupted some how, nothing. I then uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it, same result, nothing.

So to recap, lol, enabled and disabled the button, uninstalled and reinstalled 1Password and Chrome and the end result is what you see in the attached image below.

  • Welcome to the forum, Abyss!

What's listed on the Extensions page in Chrome?

Thanks for the welcome. I've been using 1Password since v1 for the Mac and when it came to Windows I was ecstatic. I thought maybe I was missing something on the site but even in the Customer Support center it refers you to the forum for support. I've never needed support before but is this true? The only way to get support from Agile is on their forums?

EDIT: I fixed it myself, wasted 2 hours today. I had to uninstall Chrome again and completely wipe all of my profile and user data, which sucks, because I was manually allowing cookies. You guys have a great product but you really need a new support system.
  • Abyss, I'm sorry I didn't notice—in the lower left corner of the narrow slice of the Extensions page that was showing—that there was a tiny bit of white space where 1Password might have been. I guess I should've looked at it longer. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

I'm also a little confused. What support system is it that we need to replace?

You can post questions here in the forum, or you can send e-mail to us at support@agilebits.com. Both those methods are the same for 1Password for Windows as for 1Password for Mac...and all our other products, too.

Uninstalling Chrome has no effect whatsoever on your 1Password data. We're sorry if you had to reinstall Chrome for some reason. I wish we'd had a chance to solve the problem, though I can't say that it wouldn't have ended up being necessary, anyway. (I have no way of knowing that.)
