Hi,



I Just updated 1Password to Version 3.8.3 (Build 31131) by skipping 3 versions.

The browser-extension told me to update, so I did.

The master-password wasn't entered, so 1password was still 'locked'.

After the automatic download & upgrade it was 'unlocked' and I had access to all data o_0

    No one has answered yet. I think this is a serious problem, especially for a company promising more security. Support, anyone?

    That does seem strange, had you unlocked 1Password already in the browser extensions previously, before the application update? If so, it may be that 'Universal Unlock' started to work for you and as such 1Password was automatically unlocked because you'd unlocked the browser extension.
