1Password - Cannot login via application but can through browser extensions

I am not sure what I did or if it is Lion upgrade related but I can no longer login via the 1Password Application. I get a database error





AGDatabaseError

Exception: The encryption keys file does not exist at 'file://localhost/Users/xxxxxxxxxx/Dropbox/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/1password.keys'



However, I can login using the same password via Chrome and Safari Extensions.



How can we fix this. I may have changed the settings to use the DropBox directory but not sure. I do know the issue seemed to have started on or about the same time I upgraded to Lion.

Hello susaneking and welcome to the Forums!



This error is generally caused by trying to open the keychain stored on Dropbox before Dropbox has finished syncing. If that is not the case, then please try restoring from a backup: File > Restore Data File from Backup.

I folow your procedure to install 1pass form app store but

i can't unlock aplication with master password but I can unlock through Safari ???



"unable to unlock ..."

"1password colud not be unlocked with password you provided..."



I Try to restore but nothing is happening



I move last version 3.8.5 from trash to desktop and everything works fine.



I'm on Lion

Are you using Dropbox with 3.8.5?



It is possible that you had an older copy of your data stored in the default location (not in Dropbox) and the Mac App Store version picked it up instead of the copy in Dropbox.

i tryed every possible combination tu unlock application

copy [i]1Password.agilekeychain[/i] file from dropbox to [i]~/Library/Containers/com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/Data/Documents/[/i]

delete file ....

new user ....

nothing



BUT
