Double 1P Toolbar Icons in Safari

Lately I've been getting two 1P icons in the Safari toolbar. Running 1Password 3.8.3 (stable) with Safari 5.0.5 on MacBook Pro running OS 10.6.8 with the 3.8.2 extension. Uninstalling the extension removes one icon but still leaves a second. Any thoughts?

    Looks like you have two extension installed. If you are running Safari 5.0.5 then you should stay with the old extension. Select Safari > Preferences > Extensions and remove the 1Password extension listed there.
