1Password 4 for Mac+Windows Question

Hi,

I purchased 1Password 3 for Lion + Windows less than 1 month ago from your web site without knowing that 1Password 4 was right around the corner. I don't know what the refund policy is, but with the announcement of the MAS only 1Password 4 and the lower price, is my only option for upgrading to pay again on the MAS?

What is the situation with 1Password 4 for those of us who have licenses for both Mac and Windows and how will the pricing be affected?

I would not say that 1Password 4 is right around the corner.

If you've purchased, from us, within 30 days, we have a no hassle money back guarantee. This is a great option if you just recently purchased from us but would now like to purchase from the MAS.

    Windows licensing will be unaffected.
  • I meant that I was unaware that 1Password 3.9 would be coming to MAS and that purchasing via MAS would grant you a free upgrade to 1Password 4.

    I've requested a refund and will re-purchase.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
  • Hi there,

I am a bit confused. I just bought the '1Password Mac + Windows Bundle' on Sunday for $60. I understand that I can contact you for a full refund, but I don't want a refund on the 'Windows' part of the Bundle, I just want to move to 3.9 for Mac (and eventually v4).

What is the 'official' way of migrating over to the MAS version when using a Bundle? Will the Bundle be phased out, or what?

    Thanks,

    Mark.

Sorry, what email address should I be sending to? You may have it somewhere on your site, but I must be dumb and can't see it <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
