A few questions about new sales:



1. SALES CONTACT



I noticed the only contact route is either (a) via Support emails, or (<img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> this Forum. Do you not have any communication channels for sales questions?



2. MULTI-USER LICENSE



I noticed that you offer a mult-iuser license if you go through the choice wizard:

One of my clients is a small start-up who purchased 2 family licenses, but have been starting to grow dramatically (new employee each week), is it possible to covert one of their existing licenses over to a multi-user license and then just add additional seats over time as needed? Or do we have to keep purchasing new license keys and keeping track of them?

    The customer service team handles everything including sales, so all sales related questions should go to the support email address or via this forum.



    As for the clients, they should be using the business store, not purchasing the family licenses which are for personal use only. The business store is accessible via here:

    We'll try to make it clear about how to access the business store. It's not possible to append more seats to the same license but we can certainly work something out if you email us and we'll take care of it for you.

    So if they go to the Business store, and purchase a (5) user license, after 1-2 months, when that fills up, do they have to purchase another Business new license, or can they increase the existing business license.



    This is important because hiring comes in spurts and budget is not fixed. They would rather purchase heads as needed then purchase big groups that might sit around for a while unused.

    Hi, I'm sorry that we didn't get back to you sooner.



    They'll have to purchase another license to add more users and then email us to extend the original license.



    Please note that it is 5 user seats, we do not count the computers or tie it to a specific employee. Which means that if they only have 5 employees, each employee can use the same license on multiple computers, including at home if they use it for work as well. If they let go a few of those employees, they can reuse it for the other employees.
