Welcome screen keeps popping up

Using 1Password (Version 3.8.3 (build 31131)) with Safari 5.1 and Lion 10.7.1. Every time I open Safari I get the Welcome to 1Password and the page describes how to use the product.. Any suggestion would be welcome.

    Do you use Safari > Reset Safari and have "Remove all website data" enabled by any chance? Safari currently has a bug where it will also delete 1Password database and make 1Password think that it was installed for the first time.
