database corruption?

I deleted 1Password and bought it from the Mac App Store as instructions said. At least one site's login wasn't working correctly (scottrade.com) so I tried deleting it from 1Password and emptied its trash. The 1Password Safari extension still sees it. I deleted the extension, quit 1Password, reinstalled it, and the extension still sees it even though the 1Password app does not. I've done this multiple times (deleted extension, quit Safari, quit 1Password, reinstalled extension in Safari, but no luck). Everything was working in 3.8.



Why is the extension still seeing it? How do I fix this? Is my database mangled beyond repair at this point?
