Dropbox sync stopped working

I don't use 1P on my iPhone very often, and when I went to use it for the 1st time in a few weeks, alas the logins on the iPhone were not up to date (at least 2 weeks out of date), so the Dropbox sync obviously wasn't working on the iPhone. (Since I use Dropbox sync with 3 computers as well I know that the computer versions of 1P were syncing perfectly with Dropbox...the data is obviously there).



This happened to me a while back and I reset Dropbox sync on the phone and it synced up. BUT, not after that.



Is there something else I can be doing to troubleshoot this? It obviously won't work long term to have to reset Dropbox sync every time I add a login to 1P via my Mac and want it to appear on the iPhone.

You are right. This should not be happening. Let's see if we can get it working properly for you.



If you change any of your passwords used for Dropbox syncing, you will need to set up syncing again to input the new password(s). These passwords include your Dropbox password and your master password on your Mac/PC. Could that have been the case for you?



Was there an error message in the 1Password app on your iOS device?



Try rebuilding your data file in 1Password for Mac (Help > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File) and then reset Dropbox syncing on your iPhone. If it stops syncing again, please be sure to note the error message (or take a screenshot of it by pressing the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously).

Is there a way to check sync dates on the iphone app? I think I might have this problem as well.

I have the same problem: I am using the most recent versions (pro version for my iphone, and the 3.9 version for my mbp with 10.7.1. In my dropbox, there is a file named 1password.agilekeychain which is also recognizes by my iphone dropbox client. However, i entered all data into my 1password iphone client and am constantly receiving the message "cannot find 1passowrd data file in the dropbox. Blease make sure you are using the latest version of 1password on your mac desktop. Also make sure that dropbox is fully synced on your desktop". How can I sort this out?

I just bought 1Password 3.9 from the Mac App Store and 1Password Pro for iPhone and iPad and this is also what I get on iOS devices. The package 1password.agilekeychain is also in my Dropbox.
