1password porblem on my iphone

I haven't used 1password on my iPhone for a while, and decided I wanted to start using it again. According to the Get Info dialogue in iTunes, I have 1password 3.1.1, and it doesn't show any updates available, even though I see references in this forum to 3.1.3 (not the pro version). On my mac itself, I still have 1password 2, but I don't think that's necessarily relevant.

Anyway, what happens is: I press the 1password icon on the phone. I then key in 4-digit PIN - it says "accepted" and then subsequently closes immediately.

Any suggestions as to what's not working? My hypothesis is that I somehow need to upgrade the version - but the App Store doesn't show any updates being available to me.

    Welcome to the forums, doan!

If iTunes says it's "1Password" version 3.1.1 then that's the latest version of our "standard" mobile app. There are also the 1Password Pro and 1Password for iPad ("standard") apps available separately via iTunes as well.

1Password Mac is the one you saw mentioned as being version 3.1.3 (but that's now very old... we're up to 3.2.5 as of today).

I'm sorry, but it sounds like the 1Password app is crashing after providing your Unlock Code. Have you completely shutdown your iPhone and rebooted it? This sometimes help get the iPhone OS/iOS back to stability. If the problem remains then there's either an app corruption or a problem with the 1Password data on the device and in either case you'd need to delete and re-install the app. Unfortunately, if you don't have your 1Password app data backed up by it's integrated Backup & Restore capability or Wi-Fi synced with 1Password Mac then when you delete the app your 1Password data will be deleted as well.

Please try the full reboot of your iPhone and then let us know the results. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you!

Thanks for the tips. I tried the full reboot, which didn't work. Then, I deleted the app on the iPhone, plugged back into iTunes, and resynced the app. It works again. i guess something had become corrupted somewhere and I'm not sure why, but it didn't matter cause I didn't have anything particular to lose. Glad that it's working now.
