Password for Identities Use

I am using 1Password 3.8.5 on Mac OSX 10.6.8, Safari 5.0.5. 1Password now asks for a password whenever i try to use an identity from the 1P dropdown in Safari. This is most annoying, as I use this feature a lot. Is there any way to stop this password request?
