MAS Migration and Bugs

Hi,
I switched to the MAS edition and was wondering if you could answer some question that came up.
1
Can I delete the 1Password application support folder in the library now, since the MAS edition has its container folder? Or should I leave it there untouched?
2
Is there a bug with the extensions tab and chrome? It doesn't say I have the Chrome extension installed even though I reinstalled all extensions for all browsers through this menu (deinstalled in browser first).
3
Is there a bug with Lion's desktops feature? I have set the app to open in desktop 2 only, yet when I click the dock icon in another desktop, it just open there, instead of switching to desktop 2.
4
What happened to the Safari bookmarklet option? This was very convenient to have.
Thanks guys

Hi there,
1. I did, but I'd suggest backing it up first in case you ever decide to go back to 3.8. Or, just because.
2. Yes I have the same issue.
3. I'm not aware of one. Could you please walk me through the exact steps you are taking so I can try to reproduce it?
4. Removed, unfortunately. We didn't have the license to export the Blowfish encryption it was using. We're looking into it.Flag 0 -
Hi,
Thank you. Sorry for replying late, didn't get an email reply notification.
Concerning 3:
In the dock, cmd-clicking the 1Password app, brings up the menu for options. In "Options", I use "Assign To" Desktop 2.
This usually results in an app opening in its specified Desktop. For instance, I have all my productivity apps in Desktop 2 and only Safari in Desktop 1. But 1Password ignores this setting and opens in any Desktop one clicks the dock icon in. As if it was assigned to "All Desktops" in that option.
Thank you

Thank you,
No, not really. I only use 2 desktops in Lion and just have the option checked in the dock for 1Password to open in 2. I also tried setting it to 1 but it open anywhere <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
Should I maybe delete the pref file?

Can't hurt, so long as you make a backup of it. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
I still have not been able to reproduce this on either of my machines.Flag 0 -
Well, that didn't help either. I think I'll have to delete anything except the 1password database file in dropbox. Are my folders (which are not functioning at the moment by the way, bug?) going to be there? In the dropbox database file?
Thank you

Folders are stored in the 1Password.agilekeychain file, yes. I'm very sorry to hear that you are still having this difficulty. As far as I'm aware... this is a function of the operating system, not the application itself. Perhaps there is a preference file within your Lion installation that needs to be reset?
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />Flag 0
