Cross Platform Conflict Issues

I recently started using a Mac in addition to my PC and have installed 1Password on both computers. For some reason, the Mac version keeps detecting conflicts with the keychains. I use Dropbox to back up the keychain. The Mac always has the most recent version, not Dropbox, but both the PC and Mac versions are pointing to the same place for the keychains. A little help?
