Hi guys,



Just wondering if there is a special system in place for those of us who bought the software literally less than a week ago and now have to pay to update to the Mac App store?

    They will refund you most likely and then you can repurchase on the Mac Ap Store. Rejoice! You're timing is perfect!

    I sent a couple of emails to support@agilebits.com requesting a refund for an upgrade I made from a single 1Password 3.8x license to a family license on August 27 ($48.99). But I haven't yet received a response or a refund. I'm jealous of all these customers in the forums who are receiving such quick refunds!

    Thanks! I've installed 3.9 from the MAS on three Macs that were running 3.8 with no technical issues at all. I just followed your instructions. Thanks for the great work.

    Careful Paul....1PW is like an addiction. Most people that use 1PW and get comfy are not going to want to compute without it. I'm sure you already know that though <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';-)' />

    Hi Paul,



    The refund was completed on our end, and I sent you a PM with a screenshot for confirmation. Our payment processor says it may take a "few" business days for the transaction to post, depending on your credit card / bank.
