3.9 Missing "Dropbox" Under Sync Sidebar Item

I just upgraded to 3.9 and noticed that the Dropbox menu item is now missing under the Sync sidebar item. It was there in 3.8.x. Was this a conscious change?
I do have Dropbox enabled. I tried disabling and re-enabling Dropbox and also restarting my machine, but the Dropbox menu item is still missing.
