!Password 3.9 still has no fix on the users' guide auto launch

You know the problem...for those of us who reset our Safari data.
If you guys have no intention of doing anything about this, please, out of professional courtesy, just let us know. If you do however, intend a fix, give us some guesstimate, some vague idea, some ballpark ETA regarding when you might think about considering the idea of pondering the notion of perhaps take a swipe at maybe tackling it. Whaddaya say? I was hoping that v 3.9 would be the answer. Uh...no.
