How to disable "auto submit" on 3.9 ?

in 1Password 3 for Mac
I knew how to do that until now (preferences->logins->uncheck auto-submit). in 3.9 i can't find the option.

i'm using chrome, mac lion.

    You can change it in extension settings or using the helper menu:
