Will 3.8 for Snow Leopard and 3.9 for Lion as well as the iPhone/iPad app - all share the same 1Password.agilekeychain located in Dropbox???

    Yes, this will work fine. You can share the same data between 1Password 3.8, 1Password 3.9 and the iOS apps.
