Multiple versions and pricing
Hi all,
I've only just discovered 1P today and as a long term Lastpass user, it certainly looks like it addresses all the issues that I have with Lastpass.
I do have an issues though:
I've purchased and installed the MAS version on my Lion machine. I actually didn't notice that it's Lion only and I've gone to install onto my other two machines, both Snow Leopard and realised my folly. I don't really want to have to pay full price again and I'm not intending on upgrading those two machine to Lion any time soon. Do you have any special pricing deals for people in this situation? Or can I get a refund on the MAS version and I'll buy the 3.8 version separately.
Also, the version I purchased from the MAS seems a little on the buggy side. I've already run into and reported a bug with the folders and it's fairly obvious from the number of bug reports in the other forum that there are some issues with 3.9. Is the 3.8 version a lot more stable on Lion than 3.9?
Cheers,
Terry

Hi Terry,
Thank you for purchasing 1Password! Version 3.9 should work better under Lion. We are working on an update to address the reported issues.
For your Snow Leopard machine, please download and install 1Password 3.8 from our website. I sent you a separate email from our website.Flag 0
