Credit card and Identity information will not submit

Using latest 1Password version (3.8.5) on my Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Although submitting passwords works okay, submitting credit card data and identity data for new registrations does not work. In addition, autosave of new passwords does not work. This is true of both Safari and Firefox (latest versions.) Any help?

Thanks...

You cannot fill credit cards and identities anywhere? Or is it limited to a specific website?

Can you give me a link to test with my data?
  • I am new to 1Password.

This is an example web site where 1Password fills most of the screen with my email address instead of my identity info: https://www.cajungrocer.com/create_account.php

Maybe I am doing something wrong???

Yes, I am doing something wrong!!!

I pressed the wrong button because I did not find an example to follow in the help.

The identity fill works OK if I press the right button. I am still trying to figure this thing out.

    Sorry for the boo boo.
