I am really frustrated with 1 Password

in 1Password 3 for Mac
First, I bucked up and paid the $20 for v3.9.



Now I cannot get my database to sync with my iPhone and iPad applications. I saw what appeared to be some fixes here however I am not too savvy when it comes to stuff like this. I am very frustrated that what was working fine is now broken with a .x upgrade.

    Try my Dropbox fix in [url="http://accio.me/mTw9w2"]this thread[/url] and let me know if that helps you out. When you select Dropbox in 3.9 it actually copies the database out of Dropbox into the sandbox container for the 1Password helper. This would explain why it no longer syncs with your iOS devices.



    One caveat to the instructions in the thread I linked to is that it sounds like you have modified your keychain since upgrading to 3.9. In that case, after step [font=courier new,courier,monospace]3.1[/font] I would navigate further to [font=courier new,courier,monospace]Data/Documents[/font] and look to see if your agilekeychain file is there. If it is, you will want to keep a copy of it handy, and possibly even copy it back into your Dropbox after completing all of the steps.



    [b]BE VERY CAREFUL![/b] You do run a heavy risk of destroying your keychain file by mucking around in the container and copying files to and from Dropbox manually. Before you do anything, it's always a good idea to make a backup first by launching 1Password and navigating to: [font=courier new,courier,monospace]File -> Backup[/font] in the menu. If you end up completely destroying your agilekeychain file you can always restore.
