Resolving conflicts with Dropbox sync

After upgrading to the MAS version of 1Password, I have switched on Dropbox syncing.
I am syncing across multiple Mac and iOS devices.
I can see in the bundle file that conflicts exist, but am not presented with a dialog box to resolve them.
The [url="http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/sync_conflict_resolver.html"]documentation[/url] says I should be able to use the Help > Tools > Find and Resolve Sync Conflicts menu option to solve the conflicts. However I can't find this menu option.
Any ideas?
