Update from 3.8.5 to MAS 3.9 failed

1. Updated from 3.8.5 to MAS version 3.9.

2. I am NOT syncing my file with Dropbox.

3. After installing and launch 3.9 I get the following errors

4. Attempted to unistall and reinstall 3.9 from MAS.

5. Now I get to the Master password screen and 1 Password will not accept my master word and hangs on that screen.

6 How do I get 3.9 working??????
