Update to 3.9 did not work -- 1Password broken

I followed the upgrade instructions and cannot get the new version working.

I click the "I already have used 1Password" button and am asked to locate my password file. I navigate to "1Password.agilekeychain" which is in a Dropbox folder and select it.

Then, nothing happens. 1Password is running but there are no windows open. If I select Window > Main Window nothing happens.

In Preferences, I see nothing under "Your Data Stored In" and the Dropbox button is grayed out.

If I select Unlock from the application menu the master password is not recognized.

Fortunately, I was able to restore the old version.

Mac OS X 10.7.1

MacBook Air

Yup. That fixed it. But I still have a question. Your FAQ says
If your data is already stored on Dropbox then 1Password will keep using it. If you data was stored in the previously default location (~/Library/Application Support/1Password) then it will be automatically moved into the Container.
But in my 1Password preferences it shows that my data is stored in the Container and the Dropbox button is grayed out. I followed the prompt when starting to locate the password file in my Dropbox folder.

Is the preference panel showing bad information or is there some reason I am not able to use Dropbox to store my password file?

    Thx

OK, I figured out the Dropbox problem. You should update the FAQ page for the MAS version to tell people to make sure their Dropbox folder is in their home directory. I see I'm not the only one to have had problems with Dropbox.

Is there anything else we need to know regarding our configuration of iPhones, iPads and Dropbox?
