Give me a break, please?
I just bought 1Password for iMac and for iPad, less than 30 days ago and now I am going to have pay another $20 in order to update it to version 3.9?
This wouldn't be so bad if I had been a customer of many years standing and had paid for it years ago, but to have had it on my computer for less than a month and then have to fork out another $20 to move to v3.9 is a bit excessive no?
Can't you folks give a brand new customer a break?
Bob

Hi Bob,
Welcome to the forums!
Could you please send me a private message, or an email to support@agilebits.com with a link to this thread and the email address you used to purchase 1Password for Mac? The one you have registered on the forums does not match any existing customers.
Thank you!

Thank you very much, Ben.
One of the two reasons I opted for 1Password (the other was the excellent writeup I read, I believe, on Macworld) was the high customer satisfaction rating, occasioned in part by your excellent online support. Reviewers noted that they always got a helpful and timely answer when they wrote.
Well, they were right. Now off to the App store to purchase v 3.9.

I have this exact problem!
I just bought 1Password 3.8.2 on Aug 29th. I now see it on the App store for a $20 upgrade fee and seems likely to be the future upgrade path for the software. I was hoping you could help me out.
Thanks,

Thanks so much!
With the extra $20 I'm gonna buy 1Password for my wife too!
