Let me talk to someone

At one point this software was responsive. Right now there is no way at all to get a message in to the organizers. None.



I am finding it extremely frustrating that every time i need to access this program I have to provide my password and type it . Multiple times per day. No way around it.



Is there any real person out there who will respond to me?

It sounds like you may need to adjust a couple of things. First and for most, please check your 1Password > Preferences > Security preferences tab to be sure things are to your liking. For example, you may not want 1Password to auto lock, or to lock while sleeping. We recommend theses settings, and set them as defaults for security reasons, but not everyone enjoys them and that is why we give you the preference. In addition, please check the Enable Universal Unlock setting. Then switch over to the Extensions tab and make sure Keep Helper Running [...] is enabled.



Once those preferences are set, launch your web browser(s) and open the extension. Go to the settings tab (the gear icon, on the left near the bottom) and check the box for enabling universal unlock.

My thoughts exactly. I wish they had a real contact person at the end of a phone. I love 1Password but since I upgraded to lion, it has been a nightmare. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Right now I lost the 1PW icon in my safari and it will not come back no matter what I do. I am at a loss here. I can't use it in my Safari 5.1 if it does not show up.

I tried to install the extensions. but when I click on the install extensions it goes to a black screen. So darn frustrating.

I just want it to work. I had it working with firefox then did a update (dumb on my part, should have left things well alone)

and it removed the 1pw icon that you usually click on in firefox so it will not work in that browser either. I prefer Safari but firefox is only a back up for me to use when Safari is messed up regarding 1password. Anyway I wish they could get this fixed. once and for all.



I paid good money for this and it is not working the way it should be. I really regret upgrading to Lion. It use to work flawlessly in Snow Leopard.
