Search Field Cleared After Edit

I have a group of logins that I wish to edit. I use search to find them all, let's assume there are 5 of them. I edit and save the first occurrence. 1PW then clears the search field and all logins disappear. I then have to re-enter the search to get the next login to enter.
Is this normal behavior because I don't remember it working this way in 3.8.
